From Mobile Banking: select the account for which you want the certificate using the “Global position” screen. Tap “Online banking/Request certificate”.
In “Type of certificate”, select: Account ownership and then tap “Next”. Enter the reason for the certificate and tap “Next”. Select the method through which you want to receive the certificate (website or home address) and the debit account for the cost. Tap “Next”.
Confirm the details and accept the Data Protection clause. If you choose the website option, you can access the certificate from the account activity screen by selecting View/View certificate.
From the website: On the “Global position” screen, select the account for which you want the certificate and click “'Online banking/Manage my account/Request certificate”.
