How do I get a certificate or view my transactions?

On both our website and our app you can request the following types of certificates:

  • Account ownership
  • Solvency
  • Solvency, including amount
  • Solvency with a specific purpose
  • Loan cancellation
  • Loan debt

On our website

  • Open the “Communications” tab and click on “Documents”.
  • In the “Certificates” menu, select “+ Request certificate” and then the type of certificate you want.
  • Click on “Next”, fill in the necessary fields for the certificate you have selected and then tell us how you want to receive it.

On our app:

  • Go to the “Communications” section at the bottom of the Home screen.
  • In the “Certificates” menu, select “+ Request certificate” and then the type of certificate you want.
  • Click on “Next”, fill in the necessary fields for the certificate you have selected and then tell us how you want to receive it.

If you have chosen the website option to receive your certificate, you will find it in the “Communications” tab, in the “Documents” menu, under “Certificates”.

If you have chosen to receive it at your home or at one of our branches, it will be available:

  • The next business day if you make your request before 14.00.
  • Within two business days if you make your request after 14.00.

However, please bear in mind that these time frames are approximate because they are subject to distribution and delivery by the Post Office.

How do I view transactions in my accounts?

On both our app and our website you can view the details of certain transactions in your account:

  • From your “Global position”, select the account from which the transaction was made.
  • Next, click on “View Document”.

If you need to find a specific transaction, click on the search “magnifying glass”. You can filter your search by item, amount range and date range or whether it is an expense or income.

You can view documents from up to 5 years ago.

Statements and summaries


You will find monthly summaries of your accounts grouped together, as well as annual information regarding costs and expenses.
Current accounts and savings accounts


You will find account statements, direct debits (not the bills), interest settlements and any other information about your account under Find Out More (send to Web Mail).
Transferencias


You can view all transfers and Bizum transactions, including payments sent and payments received.
Credit cards


Statements of your card transactions
Credits and loans


Interest settlements and interest review communications for variable-rate loans
Direct debited bills


View all direct debits charged to your accounts
Investment funds and Pension plans


Annual Pension Plan Certificate
Other documents


Statements of securities, dividend payments, shareholder meeting calls

On our website

  • Open the “Communications” tab and click on “Documents”.
  • In the “Web Mail” section you will see the last three monthly statements for your accounts.
  • To view other types of documents or earlier statements, select the document type, date range and account you want to search.

On our app:

  • Open the menu at the bottom right of the Home screen and tap “My documents".
  • In the “Web Mail” section you will see the last three monthly statements for your accounts.
  • To view other types of documents or earlier statements, tap the icon on the right, select the document type, date range and account for which you want to search, and then tap “APPLY”.

Where can I view the contracts I have signed?

On both our app and our website, you can view contracts signed since 01.08.2022.


On our website

  • Open the “Communications” tab and click on “Documents”.
  • Select “Contracts”.

On our app:

  • Open the menu at the bottom right of the Home screen and tap “My documents”.
  • Select “Contracts”.
