How can I get duplicate tax information and query my transactions?

How do I get a duplicate of my tax information?

  • From the website: On the “Online banking” screen, select 'Duplicate tax information'. Technical support for issues with our website available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 18:00 hours (Spanish mainland time)

How can I check statements of account?

  • For both Mobile Banking and the website: Select the account from which the transaction was performed in the “Global position” screen. Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) to filter the transactions. Select the entry you want to view and click “View document”. Information for the last five years is available.
  • From Mobile Banking: Select the account for which you want to see the statement on the “Global position” screen. Click “Options/Query/Previous statements”. From the website: Select the account for which you want to see the statement on the “Global position” screen. Click on “Monthly statement/Web Mail”.
